At Boji Medical Consultation, we provide international cancer patients with a seamless end-to-end medical journey - from your first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up - ensuring efficiency and peace of mind throughout your stay in Guangzhou.

1. Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment

You can contact us via email or WeChat. We gather detailed information about your medical history, previous treatments, and expectations, conduct a preliminary feasibility assessment, and present you with service packages and quotations.

To ensure transparency and service quality, a formal service agreement will be signed prior to the commencement of any services.

2. Remote Oncology Consultation (Pre-Arrival)

We prepare and translate your overseas medical records, then arrange a 60-minute video consultation with a top oncologist (Chief or Associate Chief Physician) at a leading Guangzhou tertiary hospital to confirm diagnosis and treatment plans in advance.

3. Personalized Treatment Plan in China

Based on the consultation, we schedule priority registration for specialists. If needed, we also assist with visa invitation letters.

4. Airport Pickup & Arrival

Upon landing in Guangzhou, our dedicated vehicle meets you at the airport and transfers you to a medical-friendly hotel, along with a brief orientation on hospital routes.

5. In-Treatment Support in Guangzhou

A specialized oncology interpreter accompanies you throughout your treatment - clinic visits, scans, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, payments, and medication pickup.

6. Return-Home Medical Documentation

After treatment completion, we translate your Chinese medical records, pathology reports, and imaging findings into English or another language for reimbursement, follow-up, or insurance claims in your home country.

7. Post-Departure Follow-Up (Optional)

We offer remote follow-up coordination to ensure continuity between your local doctors and the Guangzhou oncology team, so your treatment proceeds without interruption.
